Render & Gable-End Cleaning
Modern building renders are susceptible to contamination by algae and moulds, this can cause unsightly red, green or black staining on renders. The only effective way to clean these modern renders is by using gentle Soft Wash chemicals applied at low pressure. Soft render finishes should never be power washed as this will cause damage to the renders surface.
Roof Cleaning
Roofs are the ideal environment for the colonisation by Moss, Algae and Lichens. Heavy moss has the potential to damage roof tiles during cold weather due to expansion and holds a lot of unwanted moisture on your roof. The moss will also continuously clog up gutters and downpipes until it begins to fall onto the ground (or your driveway!) instead, which can lead to more issues.
The only effective way to clean and sterilise the roof is by using soft wash chemicals applied at low pressure. Roof tiles should never be power washed as it can cause damage to the tile surface and lead to water leaking into the roof space.
